The client is the person who places the order/payment for the hire of our photo booth.

On hiring our photo booth, you agree to fully adhere to these terms and conditions.

Startrax photobooth will provide a Photo Booth for your Event, we require a deposit of £50 with the balance becoming payable 7 days before your event or cash at the start of your event. The operator will not operate the booth until payment has been made in full.

Your deposit is non-refundable if cancelled, however in the event of change of date your deposit can be transfered if we are available.

Your booth is available for 3hrs actual hire time, additional hours can be purchased on the night for £50 .

Unless otherwise agreed, the booth will print one picture for your guestbook which we provide and one copy per sitting within the booth, guests are able to leave video messages and may enter the booth as many times as they would like within the hire period.

We will also bring an external printer and computer which will enable guests to purchase keyrings,  and large 6x8 photos, this is offered as an additional service and is not in anyway an attempt to commercialise your event.

Guests are charge £5 per 6 x 8 presented in a strutt mount with a cellophane sleeve,  keyrings, and  reprints are £3 each, however guests are allowed to enter the booth as many times as they wish to have their 6 x 4 picture that is included in the package.

The photo booth uses a printer. A media replacement is necessary and may need to be done while on hire it only takes 5 minutes, Any down time during hire periods because of this will be added on to the end of the hire time.

We upload all the photographs taken by our photo booths to Facebook and our webiste as a standard service. If clients wish to opt out of this service, they must express so, startrax accepts no liabiity for comments made about the Hirers images on the company website, facebook or any other social networks.

We will always allow extra travelling time incase of traffic delays but cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control.

Whilst we encourage the fun use of the booth, if we feel that the booth is not being treated in a respectful manner we will ask the guest to leave the booth.

We will not accept any threatening behaviour, if this occurs we will stop the use of the booth and dismantle with no refund.

In the unlikely event of a technical problem with the booth or of events beyond our control a refund will be given pro rata to any time lost.

In the unlikely event of us having to cancel the provision of our photobooth service to you, it is our policy to do one of the following:

Provide a photobooth service (as close to ours as is possible) using a contractor, or provide a full refund of monies paid to date.

Fortunately, we have never had to cancel on a client. Instances beyond our control may include vehicle failure, severe weather conditions, equipment failure and sickness, however we always make the utmost effort to pre-empt and avoid these situations.
